Harrelli Communications Limited, established in September 2020, is a privately held telecommunications company based in Stockton-on-Tees, England. Specialising in the deployment and installation of fibre optic cables, Harrelli has rapidly grown to support major fibre network builds across the UK. With a team of over 75 employees, the company focuses on delivering end-to-end telecoms infrastructure solutions, including planning, surveying, civils, cabling, splicing, as-builts and final commissioning. Harrelli's commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency has positioned it as a key player in connecting communities and supporting the UK's full-fibre future.
ABOUT
Harrelli Communications Limited is a leading telecommunications contractor based in the North East of England. We currently support the delivery of full-fibre connectivity to over 5,000 homes each month on behalf of Netomnia (previously known as brsk). Our focus is on providing high-standard telecoms infrastructure through a combination of skilled teams, dependable delivery, and a hands-on approach. We work closely with our partners to meet the growing demands of fibre rollout across the UK.

Civils and Reinstatement
Harrelli Communications offers comprehensive civils and reinstatement services for telecom networks. We manage all groundworks, ducting, and site preparation, as well as full reinstatement to ensure sites are left safe and compliant. Our teams focus on quality and efficiency, completing works to specification and on schedule.
